This was a custom west coast swing outfit done for a dancer's showcase/competition.  The whole outfit was done out of high quality red and black spandex for a very contoured fit.  The pants were plain black with an elastic waist and a "yoga pant" type fit.  The shirt was very fitted with long sleeves and a custom fingerless glove to match.  The neckline plunged down to the belly button but had a nude fabric sewn for modesty.  Later the client embellished the costume with red and orange crystals.  The client's design included a large cross on the back in crystals and then strategically placed around the neckline and on the glove.
