This was actually a design by another designer that we produced.  It was mostly black with parts of green spandex embellished with crystals on cuffs, trim of the skirt, and inside of the collar.  The collar was an unusual shape that curved around the neck but was wide enough that you could see glimpses of the green inside.

The tails of the dress could be tied upward so you could see only the short dress portion of it.
