This item is made to order.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for construction.  Upon ordering, you will receive a measurment sheet to complete so that we can custom size to your needs.  Skirt will be built using random material choices to layer in the color you specify and can include velvets, chiffons, and printed sheers.
