This dress has a lovely empire waist, puffed sleeves, an over skirt, under skirt, and a lovely teal bow.  With yards and yards of skirt, you can dance, twirl, and sing your own musical number in this dress. It is made from Georgette material for the outer layer and white satin for the under skirt and lining on the bodice and sleeves.  The two fabrics together make a lovely rustling noise as you walk and move in the dress.  There are lace accents throughout the dress. Pink flowers run down the center and are a removable pin for easy washing.
