Our fallen angel costume comprises of some Victorian bloomers with red ribbon accents, red brocade corset, black feather angel wings, and a red feathered sequin mask.

This is a bodice done corset style.  It does have boning and grommets lacing up the back, however it is not built to be functional, rather it is decorative.  Still, the beautiful red brocade adds classic charm and does do some uplifting and waist cinching on its own.
