The evil fairy is made up of a custom cut silver wig, black fishnets, black feathered wings, and fairy dress in black.  The dress features a chiffon overlay with halter style neck and a skirt of layered chiffon pieces each with a rolled hem edge.  At home, this evil fairy dances with the black dragon in her gargoyle pose.
