This beautiful dress was created for a new years masquerade ball with the colors of light blue, navy, and silver.  It's matching male costume can be seen on a separate page.  The dress is made of a woven blend that had the combined feel of a mix of satin and taffeta.  Navy blue ribbon was ruched and formed into crossing patterns on the bodice, sleeves, and at the bottom of the dress.
